On February 20, the machinery of raw material project site of Chenzhou Shanshan New Material Co., Ltd. worked, and the company officially launched the second phase of 33000 tons of raw material project.

Chenzhou Shanshan New Material Co., Ltd. is located in Jiangbei Industrial Park, Zixing Economic Development Zone. It is mainly engaged in the R & D, production and sales of new green energy lithium-ion battery anode materials. Since the establishment of the company, the lithium-ion battery negative electrode material graphitization project with an investment of 350 million yuan in three phases has been completed and put into operation in May 2018. The project covers an area of 100 mu, with an annual production capacity of 14000 tons and an annual output value of 250 million yuan.

With the extension of products and the improvement of equipment, in order to support the graphitization production capacity of lithium-ion battery anode materials of the company, form the integrated production of lithium-ion battery anode materials, and build the south base of lithium-ion battery anode materials of Shanshan enterprise, the company started the construction of raw material project, with a total land area of 60 mu. In January 2018, the first phase of 16000 tons of raw material project construction was started, and the project has been completed and put into operation.

The company planned to start the second phase construction of 33000 tons of raw meal project in February 2021, with an additional investment of 300 million yuan. The total investment of raw meal project is 480 million yuan, including 250 million yuan of equipment investment and a building area of 15000 square meters. The company planned to build a pulverizing workshop, two sets of granulation workshops, semi-finished product warehouse, switch station, screening warehouse, etc., which will be completed and put into operation in August 2021. At that time, the company will realize an integrated whole process lithium-ion anode material production base from raw material treatment to granulation shaping and graphitization processing. The second phase of raw meal production is expected to achieve an annual output value of 400 million yuan, create more than 25 million yuan of new taxes and create 200 new jobs.
