On February 25, Zhao Ping, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the  Provincial Department of Transportation, and his party came to Shazhou Village, Wenming Yao Township, Rucheng County, and Huang Kecheng's former residence in Yongxing County to carry out Party history learning and education activities.

Zhao Ping and his party reviewed the oath of joining the Party in Shazhou Village, visited the special exhibition hall of "Warmth of Half Quilt", Folk Square, and Xu Jiexiu's former residence, listened to the special Party lesson "Enlightenment of the Story of Half Quilt"; investigated the quality improvement and transformation of Matian to Santang section of S345 in Yongxing County, and presented flower baskets to Huang Kecheng's former residence in Yongxing County.

Zhao Ping pointed out that we should improve our political standing and fully understand the great significance of carrying out the study and education of Party history. Through studying the history of the Party, we should use the course of struggle and great achievements of the Party to inspire the fighting spirit and clear the direction, use the glorious tradition and fine style of work of the Party to firm our faith and pool our strength, use the practical creation and historical experience of the Party to enlighten our wisdom and sharpen our character, and use history as a mirror to show our will, so as to better practice the original mission of the Party.

Zhao Ping stressed that it is necessary to clarify the purpose of studying the history of the Party, make new achievements, make new contributions and make new achievements in the new journey; to transform the faith, confidence, enthusiasm and passion aroused in the process of Party history learning and education into concrete actions to overcome difficulties and do pioneering work, promote the high-quality development of transportation, highlight the transportation responsibility in serving the "three high and four new" strategy and building a modern new Hunan, and celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China with outstanding achievements.
