On the morning of March 3, the mobilization meeting of "Fucheng Vocational Skills Training" in 2021 was held. Xu Huaihao, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. 

Carrying out the "Fucheng Vocational Skills Training" is the important decision and deployment of the municipal Party committee and the municipal government, which closely carry out the decision and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's inspection of Hunan and observe the important speech of Chenzhou, take the initiative of the people as the foundation, actively carry out the "Party history education activities", and persist in the "first line of work", and effectively implement the "six stable" and "six guarantees" livelihood practical work. It is a specific measure to implement the three-year action plan on vocational skills promotion issued by the general office of the State Council. This year, our city plans to train 53000 person times, including 46000 vocational skills training and 7000 entrepreneurship training.

Xu Huaihao pointed out that we should improve our position and fully realize that the vocational training is an important measure for the municipal Party committee and the municipal government to adhere to the principle of people's livelihood and wholeheartedly for the people, solidly consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation, continue the Rural Revitalization Strategy, implement the strategic deployment of the provincial Party committee and build our city into a "one pole and four districts"; should grasp the key points, further unify our thinking, and promote the development of rural areas to ensure the strength, speed up the progress, accelerate the rapid development of vocational training, and ensure the implementation of "Fucheng Vocational Skills Training"; should strengthen the guarantee, actively create a good atmosphere for vocational training, put the accelerated development of modern vocational education in a more prominent position, and better support and help the development of vocational education to provide a solid talent guarantee for the realization of the "two centenary" goals and the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party with outstanding vocational training achievements.
