On the afternoon of March 22, the special training course on improving the ability of service personnel of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in our city officially opened. Xiong Chen, member of the Party group and chief economist of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, gave a special guidance entitled "strive to improve the professional ability of SMEs service institutions".
