On the morning of March 26, the public lecture of "improving the outpatient service ability of high quality hospital" was held in the north hospital of Chenzhou First People's Hospital.

The lecture was jointly held by the First People's Hospital of Chenzhou City and Guangzhou Yice Medical Management Research and Development Institute. On the lecture, Zhu Minghan, a management expert of Guangzhou Yice Medical Management Research and Development Institute, took "strategies and methods for improving the outpatient service ability of high quality hospitals" as the theme, and mainly explained how to improve the outpatient service ability, the operation and use training of Yiyuanhui information system, and learning the treatment scheme.

More than 100 representatives of medical industry from all over the country signed up to participate in the activity.

To improve the level of diagnosis and treatment and meet the needs of patients is the inexhaustible driving force for the high-quality development of the hospital. In mid May 2020, the First People's Hospital of Chenzhou City took the lead in carrying out extended medical service, launched the outpatient medical extended service project in north hospital, and officially put into operation in July. From July 2020 to February 2021, 11 departments of the north hospital participated, started 52 service packages, completed 6960 service packages, realized the high-quality improvement of outpatient service ability, and was highly praised by patients. The Department of Stomatology, Department of Rehabilitation and Department of Ultrasound of the north hospital of the First People's Hospital of Chenzhou shared the situation and effectiveness of the outpatient medical extension service project.

During the lecture, participants also visited the north hospital of Chenzhou First People's Hospital.
