On March 26, the new era civilization practice institute of Lutang Town, Beihu District, together with Lutang Judicial Office and the District Procuratorate, set up a legal publicity volunteer service team to carry out volunteer service activities with the theme of "doing practical things for the people, sending law and warmth".

In order to implement the general requirements of the strategy of comprehensively administering the country according to law and do a good job in the legal aid consultation service of "the last mile", Lutang Town seized the opportunity of "Lei Feng Month" to carry out the civilized practice of popularizing the law to the countryside. During the activities, the law popularization workers patiently answered the villagers' questions, guided the villagers to exercise their power and fulfill their obligations in accordance with the law, solved conflicts and disputes through legal channels, and safeguarded their legitimate rights and interests.

After the publicity activities, the staff of the district procuratorate also visited the central nursing home of the town and sent fruits, cereals and daily necessities to the elderly.

More than 500 legal publicity leaflets, 50 consultation services and more than 30 caring materials were distributed in this activities. By answering questions to the masses face to face, the distance between villagers and law popularization workers was shortened.
