At the forum, Xu Huaihao pointed out that employment involves the broadest range of people's livelihood and is the primary task of "six stabilities and six guarantees". To explore and promote the implementation of higher quality employment in our city and lay a solid labor foundation for the construction of "one pole and six districts" in our city, the main purpose is to deeply implement the strategic deployment of "three high and four new" of the provincial Party committee and the strategic decision of "new concept leading and sustainable development" of the municipal Party committee. In order to solve the employment problem of enterprises and effectively protect the rights and interests of employees, we should straighten out the "Ten Relationships" between policy and reality, local and foreign, government and market, training and employment, online and offline, recruitment and investment promotion. All departments should actively explore and innovate to accelerate Chenzhou's integration into the development of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.
