From January to February, the growth rate of the added value of the city's large-scale industries increased by 12.7 percent year-on-year, rising by 27.3 percent over the same period of last year; the R & D investment of the city's industrial enterprises above the designated size was 320 million yuan. From January to March, the total operating revenue of the city's science and technology research and technology service industry was 250 million yuan, an increase of 32.0 percent.
