The lecture was given by the staff of Chenzhou central sub branch of the People's Bank of China, and the audience was the middle aged and young cadres of Chenzhou Municipal Party School.

In the propaganda, the teachers popularized the professional knowledge of anti money laundering and payment and settlement by "interpreting laws and regulations, telling stories behind social events, analyzing typical cases around them, and combining on-site teaching with online interaction". They have issued an invitation to jointly participate in preventing and cracking down on money laundering and new types of crimes of telecommunication network fraud, guided cadres and students at the municipal and county levels to establish awareness of risk prevention, take good care of their personal identity information and capital accounts, actively cooperate with financial institutions to fulfill their anti money laundering obligations, stay away from new types of crimes of telecommunication network fraud, and actively help to crack down on money laundering and its upstream crimes, jointly safeguard the security and stability of Chenzhou's economy and finance, and contribute to the construction of "rule of law, peace and happiness" in Chenzhou.

The central branch of Chenzhou City of the People's Bank of China has strengthened the cooperation with the local Party School of the Municipal Party Committee by carrying out the publicity activities of anti money laundering and payment and settlement knowledge into the public welfare of the Party School of the Municipal Party Committee, further expanded the "circle of friends" of anti money laundering and anti electric fraud, and also won the unanimous praise of the students of the Party School, which has laid a foundation for the further development of "card breaking action" and anti money laundering work at the municipal and county levels.
