The photo taken on May 25 shows a newly freed sparrow hawk, a kind of national second-class protected animal, looking back at the Santai Mountain Forest Park in Guidong County. More than ten days ago, a citizen found the injured sparrow hawk on a trail of the park. He immediately took it home and nursed it carefully under the guidance of professionals, after which the sparrow hawk recovered and was freed in the park.  Photo by Deng Renxiang
