In the past few days, due to heavy rainfall and upstream water, the water level of rivers and reservoirs in Guiyang County has been rising. According to the precise monitoring and scientific planning, Ouyanghai Reservoir opened the gates to release water in a timely manner, in order to relieve the pressure of flood control and ensure the safety of people's lives and property during the flood season.
