Care for left-behind children

2021-06-03

A group of warm-hearted people paid visits to a primary school in Wugaishan Town, Suxian District of Chenzhou City on May 28 to address practical difficulties for the students in need.

The primary school in Sankoudong Village is the most remote one in Suxian District. There are 133 students in the school, most of whom are left-behind children and poor students. The female volunteers provided them with help and care in life and study. Shou Yanyan, head of Suxian District Volunteer Federation, told them the revolutionary stories of the party, and led them sing the song "Sparkling Red Star".

Uniforms and school supplies worth more than 12,000 yuan were sent to the children. The entrepreneurs and female volunteers present at this activity paired up with left-behind children, in order to provide them more care and help in the future.
