According to the latest meteorological data, Chenzhou City will expect a round of moderate rainfall and rainstorm in certain areas due to the invasion of the weak cold air on the surface and the south shear pressure from the evening of June 20 to June 21, accompanied by short heavy rainfall, thunderstorms and strong winds, which will relieve the heat.

To be specific, on June 21, there will be moderate showers and scattered rainstorms with north wind (light breeze or gentle breeze) and the temperature ranging from 24℃ to 28℃. From June 22 to June 23, it will be cloudy accompanied by showers with north wind (light breeze or gentle breeze) and the temperature ranging from 22℃ to 30℃.

It is reminded close attention should be paid to prevent floods in small and medium-sized rivers, flash flood and geological disasters as well as urban and rural waterlogging caused by heavy rainfalls. Besides, people are advised to take precautions against the thunders, short heavy rainfalls, scattered thunderstorms and strong winds.
