38 types of work released by the government include electronic instrument assemblers, care workers for the elderly, domestic workers, babysitters, machining center operators and so on.

Tian Mingjun, marketing director of Chenzhou Broad Homes Industrial Co. Ltd., said that the company was short of more than 20 welders at the beginning of this year and some orders could not be delivered on time. Receiving the demand, relevant departments organized the local technician college to provide customized vocational training, alleviating the shortage of talents.
Chenzhou has investigated the shortage of advanced technical jobs, and invested 80 million yuan to establish a public training center that carries out development training for junior technicians with the joint efforts of enterprises.
Xu Li, head of Gospel HR department, introduced that their 100 employees attended the development training and received certificates, which not only improved the skills of employees, increased their income, but also met the talent demand of the company.
Chenzhou also combines skill training with the rural vitalization, making efforts to create labor brands, and vigorously develop labor economy. More than 200,000 workers in Anren County are involved in the construction industry, with an annual income of more than 10 billion yuan. Brand building has expanded the influence of its local migrant workers.
In the first half of this year, 45,446 workers received vocational skills training in Chenzhou, 122% of the target.
