In May of this year, Chenzhou City launched the selection of "Fucheng Venture Star", aiming to create a social climate that supports and encourages entrepreneurship and promotes employment by establishing advanced models and examples. This group of entrepreneurial models was selected through four steps including individual application, district and county-level selection and recommendation, city-level quantitative selection (with opinions from municipal departments), and disclosure of results online.

 

In the past year, Chenzhou City has given full play to its advantages as a “National Advanced City for Entrepreneurship” and vigorously supported laborers to become self-employed. As of the end of August, the city had issued a total of 1.15 billion yuan in guaranteed business loan for business startups, and added nearly 15,000 new business entities, providing 45,000 new jobs.

 

At the same time, the city walks out to carry out labor cooperation, establishing cooperative relations with 264 enterprises in 36 cities. It has set up labor service offices in 1,267 administrative villages in the city, sending a total of 18,171 labors.
