Born and raised in Chaping Yao village, Pan was engaged in foreign trade sales and construction projects in large enterprises in Huizhou, Chenzhou and other places after graduation from a junior college. However, seeing the lonely elderly people sitting around every time Pan Tongxia went back to her hometown, she wanted to do something for them.

Pan Tongxia thought carefully and planned her career relying on her accumulated experience in sales and previous contacts.

 

With the care and help of Tangdong street, Pan Tongxia opened a garment factory in Chaping Yao village in June this year.

 

"I set up this factory in the village so that young women who have just given birth to a baby) and those over 50 years old can get employment without leaving home and 'weave' their own happy life with their hands." Pan Tongxia said that at present, she was giving one-to-one guidance to the 16 local workers who are all apprentices. With flexible working hours, the income of workers is settled by a minimum wage and their piece work, and the monthly income reaches 2,000 yuan to 4,000 yuan.

 

With good product quality and interpersonal relationship, Pan Tongxia has won the trust of many Guangdong merchants. At present, she is planning to expand the factory and recruit more elderly women to help them increase the income at the their doorstep.
