At the opening ceremony, 8 batches of enterprises signed contracts for sales of agricultural products; medals and certificates were awarded to outstanding enterprises, cooperatives, family farms and agricultural bases. This is a great boost for the development of agricultural industries in Beihu District, as well as for the building of supply and marketing system, and rural revitalization. 

 

At the agricultural products exhibition, farmers were busy promoting their products like Xianghua rice, Gedashu (a brand of kudzu root), Guyanxiang tea and Chenxiangyuan camellia oil, etc, which attracted many citizens and visitors. 

 

 

 

Xiao Chengguo, an outstanding villager, put forward a proposal, hoping people to return to their hometown and devote themselves to rural revitalization. 

 

This year, Beihu District has scored great achievements in agriculture, rural areas and farmers. As one of the suppliers to Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the district has attached great importance to industries like vegetable, edible fungus, pig breeding, and tea oil, and has introduced and cultivated a number of enterprises that integrate production, supply and marketing.
