Photos taken on October 19 show that a farmer drives a harvester to reap sorghum in Luqiao Village, Tangdong Subdistrict, Zixing City. 

In the golden autumn, the subdistrict sees a bumper harvest of 1.13 million square meters of red sorghum, and farmers are busy harvesting and drying in the farming schedule. In recent years, the city has made great efforts to control the deserted farmland and plant grass to effectively protect cultivated land, and vigorously developed sorghum, corn and other planting industries to promote agricultural efficiency, increase farmers’ income, and ensure food security.
