Zhaiqian Town, Guidong County concentrates on developing ecological agriculture and vigorously supports characteristic agricultural industries such as traditional Chinese medicine, alpine vegetables and small fruits. “Guidong County is endowed with a good ecology and a pleasant climate. Xinrong Ecological Agriculture transferred 60.95 acres of land in Xinkeng Village and Xinqiao Village of our town, built 302 greenhouses, and provided more than 90 jobs to boost incomes and employment of villagers,” said Fang Huikang, Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhaiqian town.

 

Yi Zhiyong, president of Guangzhou Laoxiangcun Management, said that as a Hunan cuisine catering enterprise, the company is committed to providing natural, healthy, authentic local food and cooking super delicious Hunan cuisine for customers. “We will grow more and better alpine vegetables in Guidong Mountain with good water and pleasant climate,” Xiang Ruihong, general manager of Guidong County Xinrong Ecological Agriculture, said confidently, adding that the company has been committed to cultivating, processing and selling high-quality alpine vegetables over the years, and today’s successful signing means it will provide citizens with more high-quality alpine vegetables.

 

In recent years, Zhaiqian Town of Guidong County has made great efforts to develop ecological industries such as traditional Chinese medicine, tea, alpine vegetables, and small fruits, actively sought cooperation with Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and created a supply area for high-quality agricultural and sideline products. Up to now, Xinrong Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd. has successfully signed contracts with three enterprises–Nonggenji, Shangrong Food Distribution and Laoxiangcun, with orders worth about 20 million yuan.
