The photo taken on November 24 shows a beautiful village in Oujiang Town, Guidong County, Chenzhou City.

The village, surrounded by mountains and the Oujiang River, was built by the government to resettle those relocated from the Oucai reservoir area for poverty alleviation. More importantly, many facilities such as factories, supermarkets, farmers' markets, schools and kindergartens were built to improve the villagers’ living quality.
