It’s the only one that won this national title in Hunan province among the 20 most beautiful voluntary service communities.

 

In recent years, given the local advantages, Yangguangyuan Community has created characteristic cultural tourism voluntary services, built a characteristic service mode, and combined various voluntary services and innovative grass-roots governance, so as to establish a harmonious neighborhood. 

 

 

To meet the needs of residents, various functional rooms such as popular science e-station, children’s paradise, reading room and psychological counseling room were built and voluntary services are available for them free of charge. Relying on the community cultural tourism service station, the voluntary services have been strengthened.  

 

 

Yangguangyuan Community is the first to build characteristic voluntary services such as weekend class and colorful holidays in Chenzhou City. It joins hands with teachers and students of Xiangnan University and various social voluntary organizations in the community to provide after-school classes for students and enrich their life.
