“The street lamps bring great convenience to those walking outside at night,” villagers said happily.

 

In order to consolidate the progress in poverty alleviation and further revitalize the countryside, Qijia Town has focused on infrastructure construction. 

 

Major leaders of the town actively communicated with able villagers to introduce the development planning and key work of the town and encouraged villagers and party members to be involved in the rural revitalization.

 

Up till now, more than 30 able villagers donated over 100,000 yuan to install 65 street lamps for Jiangkou Village, able villagers in Xilang Village and Nanwan Village raised 80,000 yuan and 20,000 yuan to install 50 and 16 street lamps respectively. 

 

These street lamps light up rural roads and arouse able villagers’ enthusiasm to return home and build their hometown.
