In recent years, the women’s federation of the county has actively broadened the channels for women’s employment and entrepreneurship, and worked to build an employment platform for rural women and help them find jobs near their homes through employment skills training and contact with enterprises in need of workers. In this way, those women can juggle their jobs, their children’s needs and their housework.
