According to the weather forecast and the current weather situation, the provincial emergency headquarters for low-temperature rain, snow and freezing disaster decided to launch the level IV emergency response from 12 o’clock on December 25.
The emergency response requires departments at all levels to perform their duties, pay close attention to weather changes, and take measures to ensure the prevention and relief work in an orderly and effective manner, as well as production and social stability.
The office of emergency headquarters requires that all departments should timely make predictions, forecasts and early warnings of disastrous weather processes; further improve emergency response plans and measures, strengthen emergency preparedness, make sure the personnel, materials and equipment in place, and deploy emergency rescue forces to the frontline, to ensure an effective response in the emergency.
