Yizhang has a national navel orange planting base

Recently, the navel orange base at Changcun Town, Yizhang County was selected in the first batch of 100 national planting bases for nuisance free agricultural product, green food, organic agricultural product and geographical indication of agricultural product.
Since the introduction of navel oranges in 2011, Changcun Town has promoted green development of navel orange industry through quality improvement, branding , standardized production, policy support and other innovative measures.
By 2021, the town has 5 leading agricultural enterprises, 45 professional cooperatives, with a navel orange planting area of 1,400 hectares and an annual output of 17,000 tons, making it a core navel orange production area of Yizhang County.
In April, 2021, Changcun Town was rated as a powerful agricultural town by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.
