Linwu enhances publicity for health insurance policy

Since this year, Linwu County Healthcare Security Administration has been committed to improving its services by implementing cross-provincial settlement service, further publicizing health insurance policy and improving staff’s capability.
“Now we can search for policy documents and operation demonstrations on the official WeChat accounts, which is really convenient for us,” a citizen said.
The administration has opened a WeChat account for policy consultation, where videos introducing health insurance policy and operating methods are updated in time.
It has also compiled an operation guide of health insurance policy and required every department, especially staff at the service window, to get familiar with the work.
In addition, the administration has carried out policy publicity activities in schools, enterprises, towns, communities, colleges for the aged and medicine organizations.
Next, efforts will be made to improve the content quality of the WeChat account and carry out competitions and tests among staff with hope of enhancing their capability.
