Chenzhou Cisco Vocational Education City is a provincial key project. It’s also an important node for Chenzhou to implement the strategy of building a strong eastern Chenzhou to promote the integrated development of Chenzhou, Zixing and Guiyang, and build a science and education center.

It cooperates with Hunan Linghang Education to build the 5G plus smart campus project and provides professional telecom operation and maintenance services. 

 

“‘5G-based smart campus’ will greatly save the capital investment in purchasing hardware equipment and later operation and maintenance. It will become an accelerator for the information construction of Chenzhou Cisco Vocational Education City,” said Wan Jingyun, director of Chenzhou Telecom solutions center. 

 

Chenzhou Telecom will actively promote the network platform of smart campus, help build a strong education city, and realize such functions as cloud portal, cloud-based office and cloud teaching.  

 

Now, the city has achieved full coverage of 5G network in all the schools and education resources are all shared on the cloud through Chenzhou Telecom. “Cloud-based digital campus” has served more than 100 schools in the city, benefiting more than 400,000 teachers and students.
