The first livestreamer contest entered its final stage on January 24 at the Industrial Development Zone of Linwu County, Chenzhou City.
10 were shortlisted for the final among 73 contestants after special training for livestreaming, preliminary contest and tutoring for the final.
In the final, the contestants carried out live streaming on short-video and e-commerce platforms with their team members. The jury made scores based on the live content, such as products, team work, interaction, promotion strategy and planning, as well as livestreamers’ performance, like personal image, speaking skills and social interaction.
In combining the score with the number of followers, total sales amount and the number of orders during the livestreaming, the top three were selected and awarded.
The contest aims at cultivating a number of e-commerce talents who know about technology and operation and are able to keep up with the trend, promoting development achievements of modern agriculture in Linwu, and awarding outstanding entrepreneurs in the e-commerce industry to stimulate entrepreneurial enthusiasm.
