Business environment is an important element for market economy and market entities, and is directly related to the appeal, productivity and competitiveness of a city. 

 

In recent years, the county has continued reform of government functions, implemented various policies, and created a dynamic government environment, market environment, legal environment and humanistic environment.  

 

While optimizing the business environment, the local government also rolled out many measures to streamline administrative procedures so as to bring convenience to enterprises and the people.

 

An assistance mechanism was established and improved. 62 county-level leaders and 28 county-level organs and departments were appointed to help more than 200 key enterprises and projects solve actual problems. A mechanism for automatically pushing preferential policies and classifying online demands of enterprises was set up. A total fund of 1.2 billion yuan was given out to enterprises, and preferential policies are available for all enterprises. 

 

The county has further carried out business environment assessment and monitoring, hired 14 entrepreneurs from all walks of life as special supervisors of business environment, and set up 14 fixed business environment monitoring sites in the county. 

 

The County Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision has taken measures to investigate and deal with the phenomena of nonfeasance, delay, and bad working style while optimizing business environment. 

 

Now, the number of all market players in the county exceeded 39,000, with the market vitality fully unleashed.
