In the past year, the city has achieved remarkable results in inheriting revolutionary spirits and promoting the construction of green development demonstration area.

 

Some revolutionary sites like Penggong Temple Site of Joint Conference, Former Residence of Zeng Zhongsheng and Cao Lihuai’s Former Residence are under renovation. A revolutionary history exhibition hall in Longxi Guerrilla Zone was built, two excellent Red tourist routes and some study tour products were launched.

 

Two national green mines were built while actively promoting the green transformation of traditional industries. Now, Jinlei South Cement Green Building Materials Industrial Park is proceeding in an orderly way. 

 

What’s more, some characteristic tourist towns like Huangcao, Bailang and Tangxi were built to drive the development of rural tourism and the construction of beautiful countryside. Rural tourism has become an important way to increase farmers’ income. 

 

 

In June 2021, Zixing Yao Panwang Festival was selected as the fifth batch of national intangible cultural heritage representative projects. Zixing City won the Chinese Folk Culture and Art Town with photography culture, and was selected as one of China’s top 100 tourism counties. Xiongying Outdoor Camping Base was rated as a provincial demonstration base for study tour.
