And this is the first batch of mushrooms from the edible fungus base of the Lvzhiran Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. after the Spring Festival holiday. The company resumed production on February 7. According to workers, the wholesale price of the oyster mushroom has risen to 3 yuan per kilogram during the holiday.
Lvzhiran is a key leading agricultural enterprise integrating production, cultivation and sales of edible fungus. It has developed 17 mushroom planting bases in Yangtianhu Yao Ethnic Town and Lutang Town, with an annual output of 5.2 million kg oyster mushrooms and 1.6 million kg shiitake mushrooms. The products are sold in Changsha, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong and other places.
At present, there are more than 2,000 households in the southwestern Beihu District planting edible fungi led by the company, which directly increases every household’s income by more than 5,000 yuan.
