A special job fair for enterprises in industrial parks was held in Rucheng County, Hunan Province on February 10. And special buses were provided for migrant workers to seek jobs in Samsung Industrial Park.
After a brief introduction of industrial parks, employment requirements and relevant policies, about 1,000 people from Maqiao Town, Nandong Township and other places took the special bus to the job fair.
To facilitate locals to work nearby, special bus services were launched for locals who want to work in local industrial parks free of charge. Now, 426 job seekers initially reached employment intentions and 108 found jobs.
26 job fairs have been held both online and offline in the county, along with relevant policies, subsidies, training and services offered.
In the prosperous area of the county and the township fair market, more than 10 on-site job fairs were held in accordance with local conditions. Other units in the county also took measures to promote the interaction between migrant workers and employers.
A total of 95 enterprises in the county participated in these job fairs, providing 5,680 job opportunities, with a total of 1,208 people newly employed. The job fairs helped promote the common development of enterprises and employers, and keep employment supply and demand market stable.
