Recently, Dongjiang Salmon Craftsman, Hunan Foundry Craftsman and Chenzhou Construction craftsman in Chenzhou City were selected as characteristic labor brands in Hunan among various construction units. 

 

In recent years, according to the actual situation of local economic development and rural labor employment, the city has developed a number of labor brands with distinctive regional characteristics, stable labor employment and outstanding economic benefits. 

 

Now, the number of foundry craftsmen in Jiahe County is growing, bringing an annual income of more than 5 billion yuan to migrant workers. 

 

What’s more, there are more than 200,000 construction craftsmen in Anren county, who are distributed all over the country, even other countries, helping create hundreds of thousands of job opportunities, and earning an annual income of more than 15 billion yuan.

 

Taking advantage of the unique ecological conditions of Dongjiang Lake, Zixing City has 11,000 people engaged in production, processing, sales and services of salmons, including more than 4,100 directly working in salmon catering industry with Dongjiang Salmon Craftsman as the backbone, becoming a real characteristic labor brand in Zixing City. 

 

Next, the city will increase efforts to encourage job seekers to change their ideas, and further promote the craftsmanship spirit to make them more aware of the importance of skills which can increase employment, income and professional abilities.
