In order to promote the construction of key projects, Beihu District has established 25 coordination headquarters for key construction projects, and formulated plans on optimization of business environment, improvement of work style, and acceleration and efficiency of project approval, so as to vigorously promote the implementation and efficiency of projects.

 

At the same time, the government has implemented the commitment system that "construction can be started on the day land-use right is obtained", promoted the reform of "land inventory system plus notification commitment system", simplified and integrated project application procedures, streamlined and optimized approval procedures to implement the requirements of "one-stop" approval services to provide accurate and high-quality services for projects.

 

 

This year, more than 246 key projects have been started or continued in Beihu District, with an annual investment of 33 billion yuan.

 

Up to now, Xiangnan Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park, Chenzhou Yuanhengjia Education (sports) Phase II, China Resources Sanjiu South China manufacturing center and other 20 major industrial projects have been started.
