Now the nursery stock market of Linwu County is crowded with tree growers who buy saplings for spring farming.

 

Economic saplings, shrub seedlings can be seen everywhere in the market, among which saplings of tea tree, peach tree, black plum and other economic fruit tree are the most favored.

 

Zeng Xingren came to the market early every day to sell saplings from February 4. Last year, he grafted more than 20,000 saplings of fruit trees according to market demands, and sold more than 4,000 seedlings in just a few days.

 

 

Since the start of spring, hundreds of growers have come to buy saplings in Linwu Chengnan Market every day, with an average daily sales volume of 50,000 trees.

 

At the same time, Linwu County Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs also carried out inspection on quarantine situation, quality and purchase of pesticides and seeds to prevent diseased saplings from entering the market and ensure safety operation. 

 

In 2022, there is a planned afforestation of 1,600 hectares in Linwu County, where camellia trees, slash pines, Chinese sweet gums and camphor trees will be planted.
