In order to accommodate both spring ploughing and COVID-19 prevention and control, the expert group for agricultural technology organized by the Hunan Association for Science and Technology began to provide services online on March 23.

 

145 experts in the group specialize in various fields, including planting, animal husbandry, forestry, planting and breeding, processing of agricultural products, laws and policies for agriculture, rural areas and farmers, etc. They will provide online agricultural technical guidance and other services for farmers during the epidemic.

 

As early as the spring of 2020, the Hunan Association for Science and Technology founded the online expert team for agricultural technology service, which provided online services for farmers by telephone, SMS, Wechat, QQ, email and other tools. From February 6 to April 21, 2020, the team offered 12,144 online services and consultations.
