On the morning of June 30, the groundbreaking ceremony of Chenzhou Sany Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park project with a total investment of 20 billion yuan was officially opened in Chenzhou High-tech Zone.

The park covers an area of more than 450 mu (about 30 hectares) and the main construction includes 3 production lines of mainframe, hub and tower with 4 billion yuan to be invested this year. The annual output of this industrial park would reach 1,000 sets of mainframes and 100,000 tons of towers, with an annual output value of 11 billion yuan.

On March 17 this year, Chenzhou City signed a strategic investment cooperation agreement with Sany Group and Sany Heavy Energy to provide 1.5 million kilowatts of wind power equipment by 2022. It took just 10 days from the first negotiation to the final signing, creating a cooperation model of the "fastest speed, highest quality, best results and largest investment" in Chenzhou.

On March 21, after Sany came to Chenzhou to inspect the site, Sany Heavy Energy Equipment (Chenzhou) Co., Ltd. started the transition plant project immediately. They transformed the workshop and transferred the materials mainly for the production of wind turbines and mainframes. It went into trial production on June 8 and was officially put into production on the 30th.
