Recently, the Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) Yizhang County Branch has granted a loan of 360 million yuan to support the construction of standard plants and supporting infrastructure of the Xiangyue Food Processing Industry Cluster in Linwu County Industrial Park. The first loan of 200 million yuan was in place on June 24.

The project has a total land area of about 8.6 hectares, with a total construction area of 204,100 square meters. It covers the construction of a production, processing and supporting area, a public service area and a special food exhibition and sales center, as well as supporting projects such as roads hardening, power supply, water supply and drainage, greening and firefighting facilities.

It is a key construction project in Hunan Province in 2021, and also a key project in Linwu County during its 14th Five-Year Plan.

As a policy-oriented bank, the ADB Yizhang Branch responded quickly after learning about the financing demand, and coordinated with government departments and enterprises to speed up the process of loan. It only took less than two months from coordination to loan approval, contributing its efforts to the urban-rural integration construction of Linwu County.
