Project construction for industrial revitalization

The Hunan Guangyu comprehensive agricultural development project was seen under construction in great order on July 5. The project is located in Datang project area of Guidong Industrial Development Zone. It covers an area of 107 mu (7 hectares), with a total investment of about 1 billion yuan.
At present, the construction of 5 workshops has been completed, and the main structures of the comprehensive building and the scientific research building have been completed, with an area of about 8,000 square meters.
In the first half of 2022, the company jointly built a standardized Chinese herbal medicine base and interplanted more than 13,000 mu (about 867 hectares) of precious Chinese herbal medicine under the mode of "enterprise + cooperative + base + farmer". The company also plans to invest 600 million yuan in five years to build a 100,000-mu (about 6,667 hectares) modern forestry planting base and 50,000 mu (about 3,333 hectares) of wild improved precious medicinal materials.
After the project is fully put into operation, it can provide jobs for more than 1000 people and involve more than 800 households, providing strong support for the revitalization of rural areas and industries in the city.
