To Create Chenzhou’s brand and flavor

The brand launch of the “Chenzhou’s brand, Chenzhou’s flavor” as well as the promotion of 3R food (Ready to cook, Ready to heat, Ready to eat) were held recently.

The logo for the “Chenzhou’s brand, Chenzhou’s flavor” brand was released. Ten 3R dishes such as Beihu goat, Dakuishang cured meat, and Mangshan black pig were promoted. A launch ceremony of the 3R Business Alliance was held, and the first batch of shops were awarded plaques of “Chenzhou’s brand, Chenzhou’s flavor”.
 
Chenzhou is endowed with unique agricultural resources and rich in regional delicacies. To build the brand of “Chenzhou’s brand, Chenzhou’s flavor” needs to explore the potential catering culture in Chenzhou and promote the integration of Chenzhou’s cuisine with the traditional culture and Chinese food culture.

It also requires concerted efforts to explore the integration of various business forms, expected to make 3R food of Chenzhou a bigger and stronger industry. The first 12 awarding units should be taken as an example, so as to strengthen standardized management and establish a standard system.  
 
Chenzhou was the first city in the Hunan province to explore the brand of “cook a Hunan-style dinner”. Relying on the unique and rich agricultural resources, it combines the characteristic agricultural products and catering, creates Chenzhou brands and promotes the high-quality agricultural products and the development of agricultural industry through the cooperative model of standard base, logistics distribution and licensed restaurants.

At present, the city has a total of 199 agricultural projects about “cook a Chenzhou-style dinner” with a total investment of 14.2 billion yuan and 212 vegetable supply bases for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, ranking the second among the prefecture-level cities in China.
