Farmers all over the county are now busy harvesting early-season rice and planting late-season rice under high temperature. 

 

In recent years, Jiahe County plants has adopted the crop rotation and planted more than 100,000 mu (about 6,666.67 hectares) of late-season rice, which effectively has increased grain production.
