On September 15, the “Chenzhou Intangible Cultural Heritage” art festival was held in Chenzhou Changjuan Cultural Tourism City.

Chenzhou Changjuan is a key cultural project in the 13th Five-Year Plan. The Chenzhou Hall and other 11 city halls showcase the achievements made in Chenzhou’s cultural tourism industry and the development of the intangible cultural heritage.
