The event fully demonstrated the achievements of Jiahe County in agriculture and rural areas, rural revitalization, as well as cultural and tourism development.

 

On the afternoon of the same day, the “2022 Hunan Selenium Industry Chain Scientific and Technological Innovation Forum” was held , where the experts across the province gathered together to discuss the development of selenium industry.

 

 

In Shennong Square of Jiulaofeng Scenic Area, the 2022 Jiahe Gourmet  Festival also attracted many guests and citizens.

 

 

The food culture of Jiahe is unique with local dishes like fried blood duck with ginger, blood rice pudding, fried meat, poached pork slices and pig feast. In recent years, Jiahe County has issued documents to excavate, package and enhance the traditional food culture.
