Chenzhou's enterprises go global

In the past ten years, as the “bridgehead” and “south gate” of Hunan’s opening to the south, Chenzhou has striven to be the “pacesetter” in the provincial effort to build a center of reform and opening up in inland areas. Chenzhou seizes the opportunity of Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) agreement, expands the markets to ASEAN countries, actively connects with the construction of “Belt & Road” Initiative, and promotes enterprises to go global.
Hunan GiantSun Power Corporation was founded in 2001. After more than ten years’ development, it has become a well-known domestic electronic manufacturing service provider. It has also been rated as a national high-tech enterprise and a provincial “little giant” enterprise. After continuous technological upgrading, its main products include cover sweepers, mobile power supplies, chargers, adapters and UAV power supplies.
With the characteristics of high power, high density, high intelligence and high reliability, the company’s products are beautiful and portable, and sell well in European and American countries. In 2019, GiantSun Electronics (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. was established in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Relying on the super-white silica sand mineral resources in Zixing City, Chenzhou, Chenzhou Kibing Photovoltaic & Electronic Glass Co., Ltd. (Chenzhou Kibing) can produce high-grade super-white solar glass products with various thickness and specifications.
As of April 2022, the company has 2 PV substrate production lines with a daily output of 2,200 tons and 11 PV glass processing lines, with a total assets of 4.2 billion yuan.
In the past ten years, there have been 322 enterprises with foreign trade performances in Chenzhou, which have achieved trade relations with 184 countries and regions around the world.
Chenzhou will seize the opportunity of RCEP, introduce high-quality products, and promote Chenzhou’s good products to go global, and strengthen economic and trade exchanges with countries along the Belt & Road Initiative, thus achieving mutual benefits.
