1210 bonded export business starts in Chenzhou

Recently, Chenzhou Chaodian E-Commerce Co., Ltd., located in Chenzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone, successfully completed the data declaration of the first “1210” bonded export business of Chenzhou Cross-border E-Commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone, and delivered a batch of about 12 tons of household goods worth 295,000 US dollars to overseas warehouses in Germany, marking the official opening of the “1210” bonded export business of cross-border e-commerce in Chenzhou.
It has been the first “1210” bonded export business to the overseas warehouse done in Chenzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone in Hunan Province. Since the opening of the first “1210” bonded import business on September 21, the Chenzhou people have realized the goal of “buying from the world” to “selling to the world” in less than two months.
The “1210” bonded export mode of cross-border e-commerce means that an e-commerce enterprise or factory exports bulk goods to the bonded warehouse in the comprehensive bonded area, with the accounting book managed by the customs.
After completing the tally and consolidation in the comprehensive bonded area, the enterprise exports the bulk goods to the registered overseas warehouse and delivers the goods from the overseas warehouse to the overseas enterprise through the e-commerce platform.
This mode has the advantages of simple tax refund process, short cycle, high efficiency and reducing the pressure on enterprises’ operation, which will greatly improve the competitiveness of cross-border e-commerce exports in terms of logistics cost, time and procedures.
This year, Chenzhou Comprehensive Bonded Area has actively cultivated new business forms of cross-border e-commerce, and made every effort to build a sales service center.
Next, Chenzhou Comprehensive Bonded Area will make full use of its superior location and good policies, attract large and strong enterprises, and actively guide traditional foreign trade enterprises to expand overseas markets through cross-border e-commerce platforms, forming a domestic and international dual circulation development pattern and injecting new impetus into the high-quality development of the city’s foreign trade.
