Since Chenzhou was confirmed as the host city of the second Hunan Tourism Development Conference, Beihu District has increased efforts to demonstrate its beauty, change and strength with practical achievements. 

 

In the construction of tourism development projects, Beihu District has stepped up efforts to promote the development of cultural tourism industry. It’s been tapping and integrating “Red, green, ancient, characteristic, night” resources and carrying our renovation and upgrade projects for scenic areas, with in Yangtian Lake successfully upgraded into a national 4A-level scenic spot and core attractions such as Beihu Park and Deng Hua’s former residence as the focus.

 

At the same time, it has continued to promote the upgrading of graded scenic spots, star-rated tourist hotels and rural homestay inns, and vigorously developed new businesses such as camping and caravan driving, low-altitude navigation and intelligent cultural tourism, which can fully demonstrate the Beihu’s new image of high-quality development and high-level opening up, and efforts to stride towards a world tourism destination.

 

In addition, Beihu District has continued to highlight its characteristic cultural and tourism brands, such as “You come to Beihu, Enjoy All Fortunes” and “Birthplace of Women’s Volleyball Spirit”, and carefully planned travel itineraries to actively build a new culture and tourism business card, so that Beihu can become a tourist attraction that people desire to visit.
