On both sides of the avenue, pink cherry blossoms adorn the branches and birds are playing in the trees. The gentle breeze brings fresh fragrance of nature. As the temperature is getting warmer these days, more than 200 tourists come here every day to view flowers and take photos.

 

The cherry blossom forest is located on the Houlong Mountain in Huangshi Village. More than ten years ago, the mountain was severely damaged due to disorderly over-mining.

 

 

Huangshi Village has insisted on the implementation of industrial transformation, invested nearly 10 million to plant more than 300 cherry blossom trees and other trees and stepped up ecological greening in the mining area. Meanwhile, the road to the top of the mountain was paved with cement, and facilities such as pavilions were set up.
