The private rural library “Hong’ai Weiguang Library” was put into operation in Gaotingsi Town, Yongxing County on May 20. It was founded with self-raised funds by Liu Yimu, a local respectable man, aiming to provide local villagers with a free reading place and advocate reading among villagers so as to improve their literacy and quality.
