The ministry launched selection and review of the second batch of national-level rural revitalization counties this year. After the procedures of application by county authorities, selection by municipal authorities, assessment and recommendation by provincial authorities, and expert review and public notification, 100 counties (county-level cities, districts, and banners) have made the annual list.

 

Yueyang's Miluo county-level City, Loudi's Louxing District, Changsha's Liuyang County-level City, and Yiyang's Heshan District have been shortlisted for the first batch of national rural revitalization demonstration counties.
