It was learned from Chenzhou Reform and Development Committee that “notice for issuing 5th batch of approved wind power projects of‘twelfth five-year plan’ ” was released by the State Resource Bureau. The total installed capacity for all projects listed in the notice was 34.0039million kilowatts. 6 projects of Chenzhou city with 0.3million kilowatts installed capacity were enrolled into the list. Beihu Jiangkou wind power project which was handled by Sinohydro Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. was one of the 6 projects of Chenzhou city.

It was introduced that the project was located in Shigaitang town of Beihu district and its project entity was organized by Sinohydro Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. Its construction scale was followed the temporary plan of 50,000 kilowatts. The project was approved in April, 2015 and was estimated to be placed to operation in September, 2016.
